This beautiful oceanfront, air conditioned home, is located 2.5 hours north of PVR or 35 minutes west of Tepic. We live on the property and rent out our 4 guest bedrooms, as well as the 25m lap pool. The rooms have WIFI and satellite TV. Each bedroom has mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven and private bathroom. Suitable for up to 10 guests. Rent all 4 guest bedrooms and enjoy exclusive use of the pool. The space We are offering 2 rooms with one king bed, one room with 2 queen beds and one room with one king and one single bed. There is a small kitchenette for guest cooking. All bedrooms have flat screen TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and private bathroom.
