A nice place to relax or get some work done! Features a great back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has a large bedroom with a king-size bed. Comfortable living room has a full size futon for an extra bed when needed. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls. The space Our Airbnb is just outside of East Aurora in a semi-rural setting. It is one of three side by side apartments in a single story house. This Airbnb is the left-most apartment and has a private entrance. There is a shared driveway for parking. This is a cozy apartment with a large master bedroom. It has a living room, with a futon couch, and a cute eat-in kitchen. We also have a washer and dryer in this unit. There is a very nice back porch that is a great spot for coffee, relaxing and getting some work done. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is no yard access with this apartment, but it has a lovely back porch that overlooks the back property which includes a small organic blueberry patch. If you're an early riser, you'll likely see deer, maybe some sheep if they escaped from our neighbor, and if you're very lucky, a family of foxes. Other things to note Absolutely no parties. We expect guests to be respectful of the other guests and tenants in the building.
