Family-friendly accommodation in a quiet and nice area 15 minutes north of Stockholm. The house has three floors, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms and a large furnished terrace with lounge furniture, sun chairs, dining area and gas grill. Private pool (heated), outdoor Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Good public transport, 150 meters to the train station and 500 meters to the bus station. Close to the archipelago, sea and forest. The space This exclusive but still classical wooden house is majestically situated on top of a small hill and with a comfortable distance to Lahällsvägen below. You park outside the door and a couple of steps later, you enter the hallway where you have a bathroom on your right hand side with a sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Still on the bottom floor, further down the hallway, you find a bedroom with 1 bed (120 cm) and space for an extra bed (6th bed) if you wish. There is a door leading directly to the garden where a big trampoline is waiting for the children. Outside this room, you'll also find a separate toilet. Once you've gone up the stairs, you have a spacious living room on your right, kitchen just ahead and a separate dining area on your right. The living room is equipped with TV with rich offerings from three satellites (Astra, Hotbird and Thor) and in several languages. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. JURA and Nespresso coffee machine makes you freshly ground coffee, microwave, convection oven, induction stove and big fridge and freezer. Or you may prefer to throw a barbecue on the 140 sqm big terrace to which you have direct access from the kitchen. Outside the living room you have the pool 4x8 m, 1.3 m deep and heated, keeps around 26 degrees Celcius. There is also a spa bath with room for 6 people, 38 degrees Celsius. On the deck you have a dining place, sunbeds, lounge furniture, parasol, Weber Grill and toys for outdoor and pool activity. If you climb the next staircase, you enter the bedroom section, well separated from the daily activities on the mid- and bottom floor. Here, you also find a bathroom with a shower. Here we have two single rooms and a master bedroom. The house is equipped with a high-speed fiber-optic Internet connection and indoor WiFi connectivity is provided by a high-end ASUS RT-AC88U router. We are very flexible to your wishes and how you wish to arrange the rooms and the number of beds. Linens and towels are included. This exclusive but at the same time classic carpenter's delight is majestically located at a comfortable height above Lahällsvägen. You park outside the door and are met in the hall by the stairs leading up to the kitchen and dining room and living room, but also by a bathroom that also accommodates laundry facilities. On the same floor, straight ahead there is a room with 1 x 120 cm bed and space for an extra bed (bed no. 6) if desired, the room is also well suited for children who can play undisturbed. The ground floor also has a separate toilet just outside this bedroom. Once you have come up the stairs, you have a spacious living room on the left, kitchen straight ahead and dining area separated but adjacent to the kitchen. In the living room, you can watch web TV (Netflix included) or regular TV with a rich selection from three satellites (Astra, Hotbird and Thor/CMore) and in many languages after a relaxing swim in the pool that is directly connected. The kitchen is consistently of a high standard and is equipped with everything you need: Nespresso machine, microwave, convection oven and large, spacious fridge and freezer. Both from the kitchen and the living room you have exits leading out to the large terrace where you have the pool deck. The pool is 4x8 m, 1.3 m deep and heated to about 26 degrees. On the terrace there is also a spa/jacuzzi that is heated to 37 degrees, dining area, Weber grill, lounge group, sun loungers, sun beds, outdoor shower, parasols and various outdoor toys. On the lawn there is a large trampoline. If you go up one more staircase, you will come to the 3 bedrooms that are well separated. One double and two single bedrooms. The property is equipped with fiber for high-speed internet access. Sheets and towels are included. The first impression you get of Lahäll, which is located in the southernmost part of Täby Municipality and which borders Danderyd, is probably the proximity to nature and silence: deer and foxes have been seen in the neighborhood, the birdsong is clear but never disturbing. Despite this, you are only 5 minutes from modern Täby Center with 160 shops, restaurants, take-away, fashion, cinema and less than 10 minutes from Stockholm City with a fantastic selection of restaurants. The connections are excellent with the E18 only 600 meters away or the Roslagsbanan that takes you to Stockholm City in 15 minutes. Maybe you want to play golf at Djursholm Golf Club or just go for a jog in the woods just behind the house - here you will find everything you could ask for! 5 kilometers drive north is Vaxholm, a picturesque and cozy archipelago town. There are restaurants, pubs and shops. There is a harbor and the possibility to take a ferry out and explore the Stockholm archipelago. Here, there is also the possibility to do various water sports and rent kayaks. The Natural History Museum and Cosmonova are about 3 km from the house. Guest access You will have access to the whole house as well as a large enclosed terrace, garden, pool, jacuzzi and 2 parking spaces. Other things to note There is another detached house on the property that is sometimes occupied some nights in the summer. The garden, terrace and 2 parking spaces outside the house belong to you who rent our property during the summer weeks.
