The modern holiday home is located just 100m from the swimming beach of Lake Wittensee and has been decorated in a Scandinavian style. It has a large living room with a cozy sofa and reading chairs. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player can be found here (there is a fifth sleeping option on a comfortable day bed in an area that can be separated by a curtain). From the living room you have access to a large covered terrace and to a garden available for your exclusive use. Outdoor furniture / loungers are of course part of it. There is a large master bedroom with double bed and a small children's room with bunk bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with blackout pleats. The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and stove with ceramic hob and oven are provided. You also have a cozy dining area here. Towels and hair dryer are provided in the modern shower room with exterior windows. A parking space is located directly at the house, which is located on a former farm with a total of five apartments. There is plenty of space here to play and romp, rest and relax. We have a play barn with trampoline, table tennis, foosball table, small climbing wall and plenty of space where children and also adults can let off steam. In a common room you can store your bicycles, also a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to our guests for a fee (3€). A rowing boat is free to make free use. Two sup boards can be hired for a small fee. We offer a high chair and a cot on request free of charge. The swimming spot on Lake Wittensee with sunbathing area, wide, flat entrance and playground is only about 200 m away. Bread service possible. Rent includes one towel set per person, tea towels and household energy costs. Bed linen can be brought or for a fee of 8€ per set we will be happy to provide you. The apartment Waterkant has been decorated in a modern Scandinavian style and is located on the first floor of a holiday home on the Resthof on the Wittensee. The large living room invites you to relax and relax from everyday life. Here is also the sleeping possibility for a fifth person: an area separated by a curtain with a comfortable daybed. From the living room you can also access the large and covered terrace and the garden of the apartment, which is available for your exclusive use as guests of the Waterkant apartment.
