The modern apartment is located only 100 m from the beach of Lake Wittensee and has been decorated in Scandinavian style. It has a large living room with a cozy sofa and reading chair. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player can be found here (in an area that can be separated by a curtain, there is a fifth sleeping option on a comfortable day bed). From the living room, you have access to a large, covered terrace and a garden that is available for your exclusive use. Outdoor furniture / loungers are of course included. There is a large master bedroom with double bed and a small children's room with bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and stove with ceramic hob and oven are available. Here you also have a cozy dining area. Towels and hairdryer are ready for you in the modern shower room with exterior windows. A parking space is right by the house, which is located on a former farm site with a total of five apartments. There is plenty of space to play and romp, rest and relax. We have a play barn with trampoline, table tennis, table football, small climbing wall and lots of space where children and adults can let off steam. In a common room you can park your bicycles, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available to our guests there for a fee (€3). You can use a rowboat free of charge. Two SUP boards can be rented for a small fee. We provide a high chair and a travel cot free of charge upon request. The swimming area on Lake Wittensee with a lawn, wide, flat entrance and playground is only about 200 m away. Bread service is possible. Rent includes a towel set per person, dish towels and household energy costs. Bed linen can be brought or we will be happy to provide it for a fee of €8 per set. The Waterkant apartment has been decorated in a modern Scandinavian style and is located on the first floor of a vacation home on the Resthof am Wittensee. The large living room invites you to relax and unwind from everyday life. Here you will also find the sleeping option for a fifth person: an area separated by a curtain with a comfortable daybed. From the living room you can also access the large and covered terrace and the garden of the apartment, which is available for your own use as guests of the Waterkant apartment. Garden furniture and garden loungers are of course included. There is a large master bedroom with double bed and a small children's room with bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleats, and here too great importance was attached to loving details in the furnishings. The modern kitchen has been recently renovated and now invites you to a family get-together with warm tones, while in the modern fitted kitchen, the hobby chef leaves nothing to be desired. The comfort of the apartment is rounded off by the new shower room with daylight. On mild and sunny days, you benefit from the immediate proximity to the Wittensee, with its great beach. But even for the rainy days, the family-run Resthof offers a great opportunity for young and old to let off steam. In addition to a trampoline, table football and a climbing wall, the play barn on the premises offers a great opportunity for play and fun, even if it is not so nice outside.
