Vacation home "Waterkant" on Lake Wittensee – lots of space

“Waterkant” is located on the ground floor of our Resthof, only about 100 m from the bathing beach of the Wittensee. 75 m² for up to 5 people, a private garden with a covered terrace, two bedrooms plus a daybed and the play barn in the yard make the apartment perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The space On 75 m² you will find generous space for 4 (plus 1) people. The modern apartment is located only 100 m from the beach of Lake Wittensee and has been decorated in Scandinavian style. It has a large living room with a cozy sofa and reading chair. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player can be found here (in an area that can be separated by a curtain, there is a fifth sleeping option on a comfortable day bed). From the living room, you have access to a large, covered terrace and a garden that is available for your exclusive use. Outdoor furniture / loungers are of course included. There is a large master bedroom with double bed and a small children's room with bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and stove with ceramic hob and oven are available. Here you also have a cozy dining area. Towels and hairdryer are ready for you in the modern shower room with exterior windows. A parking space is right by the house, which is located on a former farm site with a total of five apartments. There is plenty of space to play and romp, rest and relax. We have a play barn with trampoline, table tennis, table football, small climbing wall and lots of space where children and adults can let off steam. In a common room you can park your bicycles, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available to our guests there for a fee (€3). You can use a rowboat free of charge. Two SUP boards can be rented for a small fee. We provide a high chair and a travel cot free of charge upon request. The swimming area on Lake Wittensee with a lawn, wide, flat entrance and playground is only about 200 m away. Bread service is possible. Rent includes a towel set per person, dish towels and household energy costs. Bed linen can be brought or we will be happy to provide it for a fee of €8 per set. Up to five people can enjoy their well-deserved break in the bright, friendly apartment in idyllic Bünsdorf, Schleswig-Holstein, which covers a generous 75 square meters. The apartment is on the first floor of a vacation home on our former farm directly on the lake and is furnished in a Scandinavian-inspired style – clean, cozy and with a lot of love for detail. The large living room invites you to relax and unwind: There is space here for reading, playing, chatting and watching TV. In an area separated by a curtain, there is a comfortable daybed that can be used as a sleeping place for a fifth person – ideal for a child, teenager or accompanying traveler. From the living room, you can go directly to the large, covered terrace and into the apartment's own garden, which is exclusively available to you as guests of the "Waterkant." With garden furniture and loungers, this area quickly becomes a second outdoor living room: breakfast in the morning sun, a good book in the lounger or a glass of wine in the evening – anything is possible. A large master bedroom with a double bed and a separate children's room with a bunk bed ensure restful nights. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds, so even little early risers and late risers will get their money's worth. When furnishing, attention was paid to loving details and a friendly, Nordic atmosphere. The kitchen has just been renovated and combines warm tones with a modern fitted kitchen. It is fully equipped and invites you to cook together in the evenings – here, there is hardly anything left to be desired for amateur cooks. A like-new shower room with natural light completes the apartment's comfort. On warm, sunny days, you benefit from the immediate proximity to the Wittensee with its beautiful bathing beach – perfect for swimming, splashing around, stand-up paddling or simply for a refreshing dip in between. And if the weather turns typically Nordic, the vacation fun simply continues indoors: Our play barn with an indoor play area awaits young and old on the grounds. A trampoline, foosball, a climbing wall and much more ensure that everyone can really let off steam, even in the rain. This is how "Waterkant" becomes your cozy temporary home on Lake Wittensee – with its own garden, plenty of space and a mix of tranquility, family friendliness and Nordic serenity.
