A unique space, in a half container (interior space of approx. 160 square feet). NOTE: For health, safety and privacy, only a max. of 2 adults will be admitted. No more than 2 adults, no minors/underage, no visits and no pets will be admitted. The space -- PRIVACY -- When they say, “Privacy is the new luxury!” they're absolutely right. Veranera 1 is a private vacation apartment for short-term rent, with TOTAL PRIVACY. You will enjoy your own private heated pool (yes, with HEATER), your own private entrance, your own private parking, your own private “open-air night cinema” and your own apartment. NONE of the areas are shared. -- AMENITIES -- • The stay includes the use of the following amenities (subject to availability): • Private suite for short-term rental. • Direct access to a fully private heated pool and private outdoor shower. • Outdoor night cinema (with pool view). • Interior with air conditioning, high-speed internet and adjustable lights (adjustable brightness). • Room with queen size bed and pool view from the bed. • Bathroom with rain shower, hot water and air extractor. • Closet with hooks, steamer and space for one (1) small carry-on bag. • Indoor kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. • Ample and designated parking inside the property. -- COMPLEMENTARY -- •The stay includes the use of the following goods (subject to availability): • Sheets, pillows, kitchen towel, bath towels, hand towels, bathrobes, pool towels, hand soap, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, napkin and mosquito repellent. * Refills and additional cleaning during the stay are available at an additional cost. ** In case of allergies and/or special needs, we do not provide alternatives. The guest is responsible for bringing all necessary goods. -- FREE MINIBAR -- • The stay includes a random selection of welcome snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic), free of charge. *Refills are not available. ** In case of previously reported allergies and/or addictions, we do not provide alternatives. Therefore, no snacks or welcome drinks will be left. -- SMART PROPERTY -- • Electronic keypad (custom code) for gate and door. • Security cameras at the entrance/exit of the property and parking lot. • Motion sensors at the entrance/exit of the property and parking lot. • The pool system (pumps, heater and lights) works with a timer. • The water irrigation system works with a timer. • Adjustable lights (adjustable brightness) inside, for added convenience. Guest access • During the stay, guest can use the Veranera Suite I and parking. • At this time the only mode of transportation to or from Veranera Suites is using your own car, rent a car at airport or rent a taxi. • The parking is spacious and designated inside the property. • The check-in / check-out process is a quick and easy self check-in and self check-out. • Self check-in from 4:00PM (not before) and self check-out until 11:00AM (not after). • Electronic keypad (personalized code) for gate and door. No key, beeper, or lockbox is required. • Access codes are activated from 4:00PM (not before) and deactivated at 11:00AM (not after). • At the end of the stay, the guest must vacate the property and parking lot until 11:00AM (not after).
