Beautiful apartment close to Oberstdorf

The apartment is close to Oberstdorf. When you come out of the front door, you are within a few minutes' walk of the beautiful Iller and directly at the village's own train station. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It also has a spacious, equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator and 3 large ice compartments. Cooking is really fun here. Wi-Fi is of course available. The space We welcome you to our idyllic home! Our oasis of well-being is located in the cozy small village of Old Towns and you are within walking distance of vast meadows and grazing cows. There is really a piece of a healthy world here. If you want more hustle and bustle, you have the opportunity to drive every half hour from the bus stop just 3 minutes away to the center of Oberstdorf. Our well-cut 95 sqm apartment, which has been lovingly furnished over all the years with Bavarian furniture, make it not difficult to feel comfortable. There is a separate new shower room available. Towels and linens are of course provided. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms , 1 kitchen-living room with seating, living room, bathtub and shower and a balcony. If needed, the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed. Then even 7 people can sleep here. There is also an underground garage with 1 parking space. The parking spaces outside are not part of the apartment. Within walking distance they are on the beautiful Iller. From here they can walk towards Sonthofen or Oberstdorf. In winter you only have 10 minutes to the nearest ski lift and 2 minutes to the converted trail. Bicycles can be rented in fish. There is also a garage to the apartment so that you can park comfortably , especially in winter. Boredom doesn't come up in this environment. In addition to beautiful walks, challenging hikes, water skiing, swimming, fun mountains, snow, ice skating ,tobogganing,and much more. Transportation The bus is 3 minutes away and the buses run every half hour in summer and winter. If something doesn't work, Mrs. Mannes lives on the ground floor, who always has an ear for her. Or you can of course contact us at any time. Guest access Dear guests, there are books in the apartment that are happy to be read. In addition, we have collected many brochures for our guests about the area. There are many DVDs in a cabinet. They can all be viewed. We wish you a wonderful stay in our apartment :-) In the underground garage there is a paper trash can and on the left outside next to the 3 parking spaces there is plastic and residual waste Other things to note The organic and residual waste bins are located outside at the parking lot.
