Cozy & charming apartment "De Oliekan" S

This accommodation is right in the city center. You will love the place because of the coziness in Lemmer. Across the street, you can enjoy the boats that sail by. Water sports are an important element. Shops (also open on Sundays & Thursday afternoon market), restaurants and beach are within walking distance. Parking (free) across the street and public charging point for electric car. The space The apartment "Small" (surface area of +/- 25 m2), has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Towels, dish towels and bed linen are provided. Breakfast is possible in consultation for 15.00 p.p. (except on Sundays). The sleeping area (with 2-person box spring) is located behind a wall and is therefore partially closed off from the living area. In the living room, there is a TV with digital channels (Netflix/YouTube) and a corner sofa with a relaxation area. Would you rather not cook yourself, but eat out and prefer a larger space with a comfortable sofa? Or are there two of you and each wants their own sleeping space? Then our other room "De Oliekan Medium" is also an option (see our other advertisement). A baby camping bed and high chair are available on request. There are 2 electric (Stella) bikes that you can rent from us. Please book in advance. There is the possibility to store bicycles or motorcycles in a separate enclosed space. PLEASE NOTE! Schiphol Airport - Amsterdam is 1 hour away by car and by public transport it is 150 minutes by train to Lelystad or Heerenveen station and then by bus to Lemmer. Guest access The apartment is nicely private, and when you want to visit the coziness, a small walk is enough. It is also possible to wash your laundry with us (for a small fee). There is a washing machine and a clothesline. Next to the entrance, a bistro set is available for guests, and in front of the property, there is also a wooden bench, which guests can use. Also across the street, you can enjoy the beautiful boats that sail by or cast out a fishing rod. Children can kick a ball or, when it is hot, take a dip in the water. Other things to note The 2 different rooms (S and M) are separated by two doors. The doors and walls are very well insulated (no noise pollution).
