Spacious room with private balcony & scenic view!

A large quiet room in an apartment with a scenic view from a third floor balcony. Comfortable and spacious this room leads onto a private balcony. To make you feel at home and independent there are an assortment of hot drinks, cereals, a toaster, kettle and a small refrigerator. If you fancy cooking yourself a meal, the kitchen is open to you. Alternately a choice of Chinese, Indian, English and Thai restaurants and fast food takeaways are located five minutes drive away. The space This is a great place to stay with its tranquil atmosphere and homely feel. You will enjoy the sunshine on a bright summer day just by pulling back the curtains letting the sparkling rays fill the room or simply sit on the balcony. In winter with drapes closed and great storage heater you have a cosy comfortable room to snuggle up in bed. With Windows open on a hot summer night you can expect a bit of background noise from the A12. An electric fan is available so windows can be closed to alleviate noise. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and your room is on the upstairs of my apartment so you need to be able to negotiate stairs as there are no lifts. You are welcome to share lounge and dining area, for meals and a chat if you fancy. Wifi is also available. Looking forward to welcoming you to my home! Guest access Lounge, dining room and kitchen. The downstairs guest toilet is available when needed. There is only one designated car park space which I will make available to you if needed. Please state in your booking.
