Elegant apartment in Howth village

My place is close to restaurants, enjoys great views. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. While the apartment is in the scenic and tranquil village of Howth you can reach the city center in 25 minutes by bus or DART (train), it is also good for people who want to attend sporting events at the AVIVA or RDS. With the rich supply of public transport, there is no need for a car but if you choose to have one there is secure underground parking available. The space The building is superbly situated in the centre of the village close to all amenities including great places to walk, a thriving fishing harbour, yacht club, Deer Park public golf club, restaurants, bars and public transport including the DART train service taking you directly into Dublin city, so no need for a car. However, if you decide to have a car there are two underground parking spaces available which at peak season is a great advantage as there are a lot of tourists and limited parking. The apartment is the front ground floor left section of the building overlooking the harbor. While the building is situated centrally it is a quiet, secure & tranquil place where you can enjoy life passing by without any noise or fuss. In the summer & spring time you can enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio which is south facing .The furnishings and decor are a quality that you would not typically find in a holiday rental with artworks and antiques akin to a 5 star hotel. The main living room is a very generous sized room with feature high ceilings and oversized windows and has a separate dinning area. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a generous sized with a double bed and is next to the main bathroom. There is a separate kitchen that is well equipped with high spec fittings. All bed linens and towels are supplied and are of 5 star quality. The apartment exudes warmth and hospitality of the owners who are on hand in Howth to ensure you have a very enjoyable stay. Other things to note We have added extra touches such as Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet and rececently installed a new Bosch washing machine and a new dryer. We know people like to be comfortable away from home and we are continually making improvements to ensure that you are happy & comfortable
