Enjoying a privileged position just set back from the Guadalquivir River, Trianamirador is a wonderful town-house with a lovely terrace. The house has unparalleled panoramic city views, which include some of Seville's most famous landmarks: Triana Bridge, La Maestranza Bullring, the Cathedral and the River. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and is suitable for up to 9 guests. The space The house is unusually bright, due to the 58 windows that line the exterior, giving magnificent views of the city, and allowing light to pour in. Its central location makes it ideal for visiting Seville, and its welcoming atmosphere for relaxing afterwards. The open-plan living room and dining space is on the first floor. It is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. There is a smart TV and free WIFI internet access. The dining area has a large table with seating for 9. The kitchen is well-equipped, and appliances include a washing-machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The five bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise of three double-bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. 1 double bed measures 150x200 cm; 2 double beds measure 135x190cm; and the 3 single beds measure 105x200 cm. The bathrooms are likewise arranged over three floors. There is 2 en-suite and 2 family bathrooms. Access to the terrace is from the third floor, which includes an additional seating area with 2 sofas. The terrace is furnished with seating and a table - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of Cathedral across the Guadalquivir River and the splendours of the city. The interiors are modern, but in keeping with the Regionalist traditional style of building and decoration found in Seville. The house itself dates from the beginning of the 20th century. It was designed by one of Seville's foremost architects José Espiau y Muñoz. Another of its famous works in the city is the grand Alfonso XIII Hotel. There is elevator access from the first floor to the upper floors. The access to the first floor is via stairs.
