The living room has a dining area and a seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances. The extremely spacious and most beautiful balcony is ideal for a morning coffee, a meal or an afternoon drink under the sun along with the cool breeze. The house is surrounded by the sun and the sea breeze all the time. Guests have free access to the fourth floor of the building using the elevator, as well as the beach directly opposite to the house.
