With one large living, dining and kitchen room, guests can enjoy panoramic views with all the comforts of modern living. Located in a magical, peaceful hideaway, the beach house is tucked away from traffic but conveniently close to Chichester with its culture, restaurants, cafés and shopping. Guest access Pagham Beach House is available for full use by guests, we no longer live there but we live 30 minutes away. Other things to note There is off road parking for two cars, it is not possible to park on the road. The house is situated directly on Pagham Beach and the approach road is a track.
