Henrybu Comfortable house by the fjord.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :) The space Three bedrooms are available, one on the ground floor and two are up-stairs, accessible via a narrow staircase. The house has a hall, kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a laundry room. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning gear is available, however there is a cleaning fee due to washing of bed-linen, towels and general check of the facilities, to make sure everything is OK for the next guests. Guest access The whole house is available to the guests, apart from one bedroom which is private and locked. The boathouse is not available, except for the period of 1. May-15. September when the boat may be rented. The boat is for 4 people with an outboard engine, and may be rented at a price of 350 NOK pr day excluding petrol (95/98 oct, no oil mix) 4 life vests are included in the rent. The boat must be taken in and out at high tide. The small hut behind the house is also private, and locked. Other things to note NOTE: Do NOT dispose of sanitary pads or other items other than toilet paper in the toilet! When the garbage container is full, bring your garbage with you to the nearest dumpsters in Alta or Burfjord. The house is situated approximately 100 meters from the parking, follow the track going to the right down from the parking. Shops: 25 km, Øksfjord (1 store) 34 km, Burfjord (3 stores, petrol) 90 km, Alta (large selection of shops) GPS position of the house: Longitude: 22,52 Latitude: 70,124 Firewood and petrol for the boat is NOT included, and must be purchased at the petrol stations in Alta or Burfjord. Firewood may also be purchased at the local shop in Langfjordbotn. All garbage, including paper must be taken to the green garbage container, at the parking. Note! different marked garbage bags for various garbage. If the garbage container is full, bring your garbage with you to the nearest container in Alta or Burfjord. During wintertime, you will have to walk in (deep) snow approximately 100 meters from the parking, to get to the house. We recommend Snow shoes. The cleaning fee is for wear and washing of towels and bed linen. The whole house must be vacuumed and cleaned, including kitchen, appliances, bathroom with shower and toilet, before leaving. Leave used bed linen and towels in the washing room. NOTE: The tap water is the cleanest and best drinking water you may ever have tasted. Taken from 70 meters below ground and filtered. No need to buy expensive drinking water in PLASTIC containers!
