The village has the finest countryside, a local pub and plenty of picturesque mellow stone cottages. Conveniently situated in the heart of Cotswold villages, Stow-on-the-Wold 3/4 of a mile, Lower Slaughter 2 miles, Bourton on the Water 5 miles, Moreton on the Marsh 5 miles, Broadway 10 miles, Cheltenham 14 miles, Oxford 24 miles. The space Our beautiful cottage is a 3-bed self-catering entire home, newly fully refurbished and tastefully decorated to give a wonderful country feel. The cottage set over three-floors with open plan lounge, dining area with a Smart TV & Netflix & DVD player, free 'Gigaclear' Wi-Fi & lots of board games. There is a real open fire (logs and coal provided for your first cosy night) - the dining area leads to fully fitted kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher and microwave - then into the hallway, utility with washing machine and dryer. Then a downstairs bathroom … toilet/power shower & snug lounge with Smart TV. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (a double & a twin) and family bathroom and then up to the top floor to a large bedroom (king) with outstanding views. Parking is easy for a number of cars opposite the cottage. The local pub 'The Golden Ball' is within 100 meters, serving delicious home cooked food. Please be advised that the stairs going to the top floor are steep as this is a traditional old Cotswolds cottage.
