The space We rent our simple, typical Canarian country house with sea views. Our "Casa," built almost 250 years ago, served the family of the builder from Santa Cruz as a stately country estate on weekends and for summer holidays. In 1989, we bought the house in a run-down condition and lovingly restored it, piece by piece. Later we acquired the adjacent property and created terraces and a garden. The house offers 85 square meters of living space. On the ground floor there is a courtyard, a living-dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a toilet and a loggia. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house! The upper floor, bedroom for parents and children, is only accessible via an outside staircase. This staircase is located in a closed patio and is hardly visible from the outside. Other things to note The "so-called" master bedroom is a walk-through room. If you bring children or friends, they unfortunately have to cross your room. However, friends can also spend the night downstairs in the living room on the very comfortable sofa bed. The garden is available to all guests.
