This updated 1,200 s/f vacation home with vaulted ceilings is a great place to relax after a short walk from your private beach access directly across the street. Large master suite with private screened lanai, guest bedroom/bath and fully appointed kitchen/dining with adjoining deck. All the comforts of home! Please see "other details to note" for a description of your private beach access to enjoy sunny days and superb sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The space This unit is a tri-plex. Each unit is 2 bed/2 bath. Common grill/backyard area is shared. Other things to note BEACH ACCESS: The access to the beach is a narrow path/easement with trees creating a canopy. Feels like a bit of a jungle adventure for 168 steps...until you see the gulf! From there a smooth sandy entrance takes you to water. (This beach has recently been "re-nourished", or created by a dredging operation for miles all along Manasota Key. Some older aerial map views found online do not show the beach, but rather the large rocks that used to be there. Rest assured, the beach DOES exist!) So come enjoy this hidden access for sun drenched sand, incredible blue water by day and evenings of drop-dead gorgeous sunsets! CANCELLATION: This and other vacation rental properties are my source of income, not a side hobby. With that in mind, please carefully read the cancellation policy. 'Free Cancellation' means that if you book more than two weeks in advance and cancel WITHIN 48 HOURS of making that booking (provided it is still 14 days before check-in), the cancellation is free and a full refund is given. Tropical storms and rain events are a part of Florida living.
