Entire floor of ground-level duplex with kitchen

– One room has a Queen bed with a new DesignInReach mattress, a large standing dresser, two nightstands, and a 66" OLED LG TV – The second room has a full bed, a window, a nightstand, a work desk, a printer, and a clothing rack with two shelves. – Kitchen – Fitness area with Peloton e-bike, weights, yoga mats, and blocks, – 77" OLED LG TV and Dolby Atmos Sound system in the upstairs living room. – Espresso machine and Chemex. – Internet (1GB/sec), WiFi. The space This is a two-story, ground-floor duplex conveniently located in the residential section of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a five-minute walk to the Lorimer L train and a fifteen-minute walk to the Bedford stop. The space is professionally cleaned every Saturday, whether we have guests during the week or not, and we offer laundry service (Saturdays only) for an additional fee of $60. The space has four rooms. I generally live in either this room or an upstairs room. The kitchen features all cookware and a brand new Breville espresso machine and grinder. There is also a Chemex for pour-over coffee, and you're welcome to use my ground beans (if you're using the Chemex) or my whole beans (if you'd like to make yourself an espresso). You'll notice we keep plenty of Malin& Goetz candles around the apartment in various scents. Feel free to use them. While I'll be around during your stay, I do want you to feel comfortable here. To that end, you're welcome to use all of the fancy soaps from Acure, Malin & Goetz, and Elta MD. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need an extra toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. We keep the place well stocked, and if we're out of something you need, I am happy to go out and get it. Guest access You'll have the entire cellar level of the apartment to yourself. In addition to your two bedrooms, you will also have full access to the kitchen, living room, fitness equipment (Peloton bike and weights), and a private bathroom. During your stay I am typically out of the building during the daytime. However, I am generally available by phone/text to answer questions and help you in any way!
