Separate fully furnished spacious two-room apartment on the first floor of a family house in a beautiful and quiet location of the Orlické Mountains. The apartment has a hallway, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer and a coffee maker. The accommodation is suitable for families with children, young couples or active seniors. Breakfast is available by arrangement. The space The surroundings are suitable for hiking and cycling, in winter for cross-country skiing. The house is located in a quiet and remote part of the village consisting of inhabited hamlets and recreational buildings in the middle of meadows and groves. The family house was completely renovated and re-approved in 2022. In front of the house there is a spacious courtyard for parking and under the house there is a garden with a playground, a trampoline and a spacious outdoor seating area with a barbecue. There are a total of 4 apartments for guests in the house. I live in a part of the house with a separate entrance with my family. Guest access For guests there is a separate entrance to the house with a hall, the apartment is accessed by a staircase to the floor. During your stay During your stay, I am available if you need anything. I live in the house with my family. If you would like to arrive at the last minute and the reservation system no longer allows it, write a message with a question, I usually respond within a moment. Other things to note For small children we rent a travel cot, dining chair, potty, children's toilet seat. Breakfast is available by prior arrangement.
