Sunny house

The house (turnkey) is located 15 minutes walk to Central Beach. The house has 2 floors. On the first: large hall, two bedrooms, two bedrooms, bathroom,toilet, kitchen and veranda. On the second: three bedrooms(for 4.2 and 3 people) with large balconies, bathroom, toilet. You have free access to: always fresh fruits and nuts from the garden, tennis table, summer shower, garden swing, hammock and grill. The price is for the first floor of the house (self-contained from another). The first floor cost is 20% higher than the second floor.
