The house at the pond offers its guests 7 rooms, which are about 20-30 sqm in size. Six of these rooms are designed for 2-3 people (usually 1 french bed plus 1 single bed), while one is intended as a cycling room and can accommodate 4 people in two bunk beds. 5 rooms are located on the first floor and each have a private bathroom. The other two rooms are on the 2nd floor and have a shared bathroom with bathtub. On the 2nd floor is also the communal kitchen and a cozy reading/living room for all guests. Guest access Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Most rooms are also equipped with LAN sockets. A large flat-screen TV is located in the living room (satellite). The large garden with pond and orchard is at the disposal of all guests. Directly adjacent to the hall there are 2 terraces, one of which is covered, on which it can be well endured.
