Large room in modernised cottage

Our house was originally a coastguard cottage and is in the Ashlett Creek conservation area. As you can see has great views over Southampton Water. It is close to the New Forest with its heath-lands, woods and ponies. The space The room is large and airy with a king sized bed and fabulous views over the water. Private bathroom. We have a second room which is single and MAY SOMETIMES be available as part of the same letting for an extra £10 per night (PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING). If this is required please book for 3 people to force the system to request the 2 rooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Guest access Guests may use the large garden and balcony. Other things to note A non cooked breakfast is included.
