Orchard Annexe is situated less than 10 minutes walk to Winchester train station and less than 20 minutes from the City, University and hospital. It has a dedicated parking space for guests. The space The kitchenette has a built in fridge, microwave, toaster, egg cooker and kettle as well as a breakfast bar that can also be used as a workstation. The luxury ensuite has a high end shower, heated mirror and towel rail. There is a large wardrobe for guests use as well as a private entrance only used for guests. Guest access Guests are able to access the studio annexe and can use the garden with permission. Other things to note An iron and ironing board are available on request.
