The space Apart + In the 3rd Floor left you will find our beautiful 4 - room duplex apartment with a balcony and a fully equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher and TV, a bathroom with tub and toilet, as well as a guest toilet. The rooms are spread a double bed, two double beds and five single beds, all with linen. Additional 3 extra beds are possible. Internet is up to the apartment. Every 14 days is a free intermediate cleaning. The price given here all utilities like electricity, water, etc. are included. Kitchen facilities: Large kitchen with complete facilities. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric stove with oven, refrigerator. Bad features: Bathrooms with tub / shower faucet, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. Living room furniture: Dining table for 4 people, double sofa bed (1,40 x2, 00 m) and TV. Bedrooms features: The bedroom has a double bed. Other / Sticky: Internet is on. Every 14 days is a free intermediate cleaning. Guest access + WLAN Other things to note !! Please note that guests are required to pay accommodation tax to the City of Dresden from 1 July 2015.
