The accommodation is a recently renovated self-contained studio with french doors to patio area (afternoon sunshine), this is on the driveway but this is exclusive to the house and you are welcome to close the gates. A private patio area is also available at the rear of the studio (for morning sunshine) & access to the garden for a dog. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and under floor heating. The kitchen area has a combi microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Large bedroom / sitting area with TV & wi-fi. Off-street parking in a private drive. Close to public transport with bus & train for easy access to Exeter. Min stay 3 nights.
