This 2-story cottage enjoy ocean views from the upstairs bedroom that features a King bed, full bath and private balcony. The main level living area has a full kitchen, queen pullout couch, gas fireplace, garden views, deck and a second bath. *No cleaning fees. There is a $30 per pet per night fee that is NOT included in the room rate. The space The property has 11 stand alone, private cottages with ocean and garden views, full kitchens and living room spaces on 2 acres. The small courtyard in the center of the property has a meadow and patio area with a firepit and BBQ (weather and season permitting). Guest access This cottage is lifted and has many steps leading to the entrance. Guests will have access to the interior of the cottage, private deck, and property grounds. Other things to note Up to two pets allowed per cottage. Nightly pet fee of $30 per pet not included in the rate and to be collected prior to check-in. Our pet kit includes a pet bed, towel, sheet, bowls, treats and other surprises.
