A lovely stone built cottage with a relaxing feel, beamed ceilings in the lounge and latch doors. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table and chairs. Sofas in the lounge. Sky freeview tv. Double bedroom to the front, bunk beds to the rear. There is a utility area with access from the back door (ideal for bikes) with tiled floor and washing machine and dryer and stairs up to the kitchen. Guest access The is access to the whole cottage including the utility area with own back door and tiled floor, ideal for bikes or outdoor equipment. Other things to note The hot water is from a cylinder, there is a time clock that controls the water. On the right hand side on the inside of the airing cupboard is the time clock and switch. Click the switch to ‘constant’ and then after a couple of hours to ‘timed’ The cottage does now have WiFi.
