Its a four bedroom house, 3 double rooms and a single room. It's in a newly refurbished house in London, It has a back garden, wood flooring, fully tiled bathroom,2 toilets one upstairs & downstairs. The kitchen has a 3 in1 equipment, which has oven, grill and microwave. Quiet neighbourhood with the Benefit of a good night sleep as the house is far away from road & train noise. The room is suitable for tourists, students on internship, Workawayers. No remote workers. The space There is easy transport links into central London and the city, Easy access to fast takeaway food, Restaurants, cafes, Asda, AAA supermarkets, which stays open until 1am. The location of the house is away from busy road noise and train noise. The major offices, malls and factories in the area are: North Middlesex hospital, Alexandra palace, Tottenham spurs, enfield power station,Hudsons bay company, Aviva, Coca- Cola, Sofa Brands international, Wood green shopping mall, Straford Westfield Mall, Millfeld Arts Centre. Edmonton Eco Park ,Pymmes Park, Ley Valley, Bountagu big local, Elley Industrial estate, Banks etc.There are lots of bus's which serves the area, ranging from bus 279, 259, 191,W8, 102 etc. The bus stop is only 2 minutes from the house. The House is suitable for Workers, Tourists, Students on internship, rent a weekday professionals and Holiday makers, but not suitable for remote workers, who work from home as this places a bit of strain on our utility. The house has three big double rooms and one single room. Two people can share the double rooms at an extra cost, or one person can also book it. There is a toilet/bathroom on the first floor, a toilet downstairs. And a big Garden in the house which the guest can use, plus the benefit of a super fast fibre optic internet. Free off street parking for guest with cars. Guest are welcome to use the fridge, Microwave (which also has a grill and oven incorporated), kettle, toaster and the washing machine. it is value for money when compared to most parts of inner London. The listing is not ideal for workers who work from home or remote workers as staying at home during the day places a lot of strain on our utility. Note, for our guest, staying longer than one month, £30 cleaning fee on a monthly basis is payable to us. Thanks. There is cctv in the front of the house and kitchen facing the back garden, this for extra protection of our guests, but not in all other parts of the house, as guest privacy is essential to us. The heating system is on a control system, it operates in the mornings and in the evenings, please note, it is not for 24 hours , this is so because not all our guest want to sleep with the heater on due to health and safety reasons. And during the day, our guests are not at home, as they are at work. The hot water is on at all time. You will be given house keys in order for you to come in and go as you please. Smoking is strictly not allowed in any part of the house. Smokers should please smoke outside and not in the kitchen and have the kitchen door closed when they smoke outside. Thank you.
