Cabin with boat included

Our cabin is now for rent. It is beautifully situated right by the sea of Bruvik in Osterøy municipality / Hordaland. Approximately 1 hour from Bergen city. The space The cottage is located undisturbed right by the fjord, and the view of fjord and the mountains are breathtaking. With its own pier, boat house and a small boat, everything is suitable for both fishing and to have cozy days and evenings at one of several terraces. Here you can enjoy the days by the sea, do some fishing, or you can take a 5-minute drive, and you have beautiful hiking areas in the mountain. Brøknipa mountain as you can see in one of the pictures, is 822 meters above sea Level, and you can see "everything" from up there :-) 3 bedrooms: Room 1 (first floor): 1 double bed 150 cm. Room 2 (second floor): 1 double bed 140cm Room 3 (second floor): 2 beds each 75 cm , can be seperate or put together. We are now during spring 2023 building an addition to the cabin which will give us and our guests a bigger bedroom on the 1st floor, and a new and upgraded bathroom with heated floor in the bathroom. We have aslo added a heat pump in the living room that will heat up the cabin when its cold, and you can use air conditioner in the summer. Guest access You can use our small boat for fuel cost. We also have gas grill that you can use free of charge. Other things to note There is a walking distance from the parking lot to the cabin for about 2-3 minutes downhill (ca 170 meters) This is a path with grass, so it is not recommended to pack in a suitcase. You will have to carry it. If you have trouble walking, or have difficulties walking up and down hill, this path can be a challenge for some people.
