We're centrally located just a few blocks from public transportation, & only a short drive to center city. The space This beautiful home is the perfect place for your next visit to Philly! With access to sunny porch, attractive bedrooms, and spacious shower. We're centrally located just a few blocks from public transportation, & only a short drive to center city. Guest access There is free street parking in the entire area, but parking is only allowed on one side of the street. Guests have access to the 42" flat screen TV with HDMI inputs. Guests will need smartphones and their own Netflix/HBO/HULU accounts to access these services. Guests may use the kitchen and all its amenities. Guests are also welcome to use the backyard area and grill. During your stay We may or may not be present to greet at check-in and check-out but will always be available by phone and email throughout your stay. We currently reside at the property so your bound to see us. Other things to note The home is antique and therefore all hardwood floors and windows are original and period correct. Outlet space is also limited due to the age of the house (it's about 100 years old) * we do have 1 cat and 1 dog that does shed*
