We have lovingly renovated our apartment close to the city, which is located directly on a nature reserve, and equipped it with every comfort. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Welcome to Wolfsburg! We carefully renovated our apartment, which is close to the city and directly next to a beautiful nature reserve, and it's now fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The space New: with air conditioning! The apartment is located in the beautiful Neuhaus, not far from Wolfsburg and the Volkswagen factory, in an absolutely quiet location and in the immediate vicinity of a nature reserve with a beautiful forest, which invites you to go for a walk. The Volkswagen factory and Wolfsburg city center with the Designer Outlet, the castle and the Autostadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Weekly or monthly rent can be requested individually. The apartment consists of a sleeping and living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. - Hallway - Living room (with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed) and kitchen - Bathroom (with shower) - Private garden area with large terrace and seating - Free parking on the street (right next to the apartment) - Electric vehicles can be charged for €0.40/kWh ------------------------------------------------------------------ The apartment is located in the beautiful inner-city suburb of Neuhaus. It's in close proximity to Wolfsburg in a nice and quiet neighborhood and directly next to a nature reserve which invites you to take a relaxing walk through the forest. The Volkswagen factory and the center of Wolfsburg, which offers attractions such as the Designer Outlet, the castle and the Autostadt theme park, are just about 10 minutes' drive away. Price for weekly or monthly rent on request. The studio apartment offers a large bed, a place to work or dine, a lovely kitchen and a private bathroom. - Living room (incl. a large 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed) and kitchen - Bathroom with a shower - Small garden with a private terrace which invites a relaxing stay - Public parking for free right next to the apartment - Electric cars can be charged for €0.40/kWh. Guest access Central heating, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Linens and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen has cooking appliances, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle. There are cookware, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery. We also provide coffee pads, assorted teas, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. ------------------------------------------------------------------ There's central heating, smart TV, fast WiFi, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, including cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, coffee pad machine, electric kettle. Pots and pans, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery, as well as coffee pads, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. Other things to note The check-in time is from 2 pm - 8 pm Check out by 11:00 am. Other times can be arranged, please contact us for this. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Pets by arrangement. Please contact us for this! Since the apartment is in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, parties are not possible and the night's rest must be observed. Children are welcome. Check out before 11 am. Other times can be arranged – please contact us for further arrangements. No smoking inside the apartment. Pets are only allowed upon agreement (extra charge). Children are welcome. If needed, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.
