Beautiful studio for two persons with view to the Aegean Sea and just a 5-minute-walk from the famous black-sanded beach of Perivolos. Situated in a more quiet part of the island the apartment features 1 big bedroom with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Further there is a big pool and a jacuzzi in the yard of the house which will be maintained during the summer-month (beginning of april until mid-october). During the winter-month the pool will not be maintained. The space The house is located in one of the more quiet areas of the island, outside the crowded main touristic villages.
