Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner with TV, dining area, electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. 1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed and access to the balcony (5 sqm, covered, garden furniture). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed.
