Red Art Maisonette is a luxurious boutique-style villa, ideally situated in a unique position of elevation, overlooking the Bays of Argostoli & Lixouri, in the area of Thinia, on the South Western coastline of Kefalonia. The space Internally, the property spreads over an area of 60m2, can accommodate the guests in comfort and again consists of design features which are a fusion of both contemporary & traditional influences, providing a unique experience for guests. The ground floor comprises open plan living area, fully-equipped contemporary kitchen & dining areas and a modern wet room complete with shower, WC and wash basin. In the house, the contemporary open-style staircase leads to an upper floor level, which features: one double bedroom: open-plan area housing the single bed: and a personal balcony area which, due to the stunning location, affords the propertiy amazing sea views. Guest access Externally, the villa is situated around a large impressive communal courtyard, a focal area with Al Fresco dining seating up to 12 people in comfort, as well as many private areas for those peaceful reflective moments during the morning, afternoon and evening times, where guests can take in the amazing views from these wonderful properties and enjoy the tranquillity that Ionian Colours offer our guests. We also have a feature BBQ area externally, which all our guests have the use of. The stunning patio views are enhanced perfectly by the natural aroma and scent of an array of carefully chosen local plants and foliage.
