Norderhuset is built around 1880 in a Swiss house style. For many years the house was the villa of merchant Norder in Sillebotten. The house has been renovated in the last 10-12 years, entered water and bath, isolated, changed windows and more. From Oslo you use by car approx. 2 hours. From Malmö you use approx. 5.5 hours, from Stockholm and Gothenburg you use about 4.30 hours. The villa is 1 minute from the water Västra Silen. In other words, it is slipper distance to the morning bath. Norderhuset is suitable for young and old. Here there are stairs and many rooms you can enjoy. The house has a great kitchen with plenty of space. Bathroom, two toilets, three living rooms, 6 (7) bedrooms with 12 beds. Please note that rentals are from Friday to Friday.
