The villa is bathed in sunshine in summer and winter alike, thanks to its south-facing aspect. It's warm and welcoming in summer for days and evenings around the barbecue and pool, and offers an intimate atmosphere in winter by the fireplace. It's set in a 3-hectare family estate surrounded by vineyards and hills that form part of the estate, giving you absolute peace and quiet. The large private garden of 2500 m², planted with trees and flowers, not overlooked and perfectly protected by the surrounding hills, invites you to relax in a cosy atmosphere. The swimming pool is secured (alarm). 1 room in the living room - games area with books and games. 1 BOSE WIFI speaker for music throughout the house.
