Come up and slow down! Peaceful and comfortable and private chalet on the shore of the Trysil river. Recharge and connect to nature. For families, and anyone seeking a serene place to relax. Winter: cross country skiing and ice fishing. Alpine skiing in the Trysil and Sälen mountains, 30 minutes by car. Summer: fishing, hunting, boating and kayaking, sauna and swimming in the river. Walking and biking, berries and mushrooms abound. Only 3 minutes by car to shopping in Sweden. The space The cottage was build 80 years ago and is decorated by a local artist. Upgraded to a comfortable modern standard, including solar power. BE AWARE THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN IS COLD IN THE WINTER. Electric heating as well as a fireplace/stove in living room. Sauna on the river heated with wood. Possible also in the winter (only the brave). Host living next door, available if questions or problems. Garbage disposal at «Rundfloen tollstasjon». Container. Glass may be deposed behind the Långflon market in Sweden. Guests are encouraged to bring their own sheets/pillowcases for the beds. Guest access Easy to move around on foot or ski.
