This home is so convenient to the Biltmore House you can walk about 100 feet and actually see it. The Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 3 miles away, Outlets for the shoppers, hiking & biking for adventurers, Breweries for the beer lovers, Downtown Asheville is just 7 minutes, a shared pool is located on/near the grounds. The space We are so excited to say that we are doing an absolute 100% renovation to this beautiful home from inside to the outside. New paint, new fixtures, new hardwood floors, new tile showers, we added an upstairs loft for a third bedroom, new roof, new appliances, and so much more!!! Guest access Keypad entry Other things to note This privately owned home is located on the outskirts of a small family owned and operated campground. Asheville Bear Creek RV Park & Campground. We feature long term and short term RV's, (all in concreted pads) large shared pool, efficiencies, clubhouse, three bathhouses, extra laundry facilities for your needs, a swing set, lots of dog walking areas, and soon to be a trail alongside a rolling river. The house is located, as I said on the outskirts of the campground in which there are very few sites near the home. We have made a nice privacy deck for your convenience when sitting outside. The hot tub is placed in the back of the screened in porch in which you can only see a minimal amount of campers along with some beautiful views of the mountains, the picture of the highway is the closest highway about a 1/3 of a mile away (minimal noise) only to show you that the Biltmore Estate is in that picture.
