Comfort in the countryside - but very close to the city: This newly built 2017 vacation home (semi-detached house) with two bedrooms, a modern living and dining area, lots of light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as two bathrooms, offers every comfort. Beautiful views of the huge garden from the covered terrace. The space The absolute "HIGHLIGHT" of this vacation home is the sauna and the outdoor hot tub belonging to the complex. For the kids there is a play hut and a large sand castle. The garden and wellness complex are part of the shared use of the apartments. Other things to note Bed linens and towels: These are not provided as standard. If you wish, you can book a linen package (includes freshly made bed linens and towels) for € 15.00 per person with me (paid on site). Alternatively, feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. Duvets and pillows are of course available in the apartment. Sauna: Our sauna is operated via a coin machine. So you can relax flexibly. Hot tub: The jacuzzi is available all year round and is heated with wood. This wood can be purchased on site (approx. €5.00 per heating).
