Tuscan-style, rustic and cozy Vacation Home, finely renovated in keeping with the tradition of the place. Equipped with every comfort, it will bring joy and relaxation to adults and children with its large garden, swimming pool and hot tub. Our guests will be able to stay in complete privacy in our property surrounded by nature, in a small town of medieval origin, entirely pedestrian, forged by time and past generations. The space The accommodation of about 60 square meters is arranged on a single floor, there are only three steps that divide the dining area from a bedroom and bathroom. All rooms have been furnished in a rustic style and are equipped with large windows with mosquito nets. Of the four apartments in the building, this is the most private, and it is the only one that also has private access directly from the village. This apartment is suitable for a couple, a family with two children, or two couples. The kitchen with dining area and sofa is very spacious and is equipped with high-quality dishes, a refrigerator, an oven, a gas stove, and an espresso machine. From its large window you can admire the valley below, which will give you different colors in every season. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the front door there is a small table with an umbrella for exclusive use, for a breakfast in the cool morning or for a dinner under the stars. Guest access Guests can also enjoy various common services, such as the large terraced garden, typical of the area, the swimming pool, the area with hot tub, the ping pong area and the pergola that can accommodate at least sixteen people at the table. All outdoor facilities are available for guests of the property. The area offers the possibility of many excursions, food and wine tastings and visits to the typical nearby villages. Small-medium pets are of course allowed, with a small supplement. Other things to note The area is entirely pedestrian, so the car will have to be left in the municipal parking lot outside the Borgo. We recommend the use of trolleys for transporting luggage. If needed, we'll be happy to help our guests. Thanks to the conformation of the place, there are climbs and/or descents depending on the chosen route, even with moderate slopes.
