But above all, a magnificent flood garden, with a great variety of plants and botanical species. Support Services In-person assistance: Available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Phone support: Activate until 12pm For any need or emergency, our staff is at your complete disposal at the times indicated. Check-in and Reporting: Standard check-in: 4:00 PM Last minute reservations: For last-minute bookings, check-in may be subject to change (on the same day). Our team will do their best to ensure the delivery of the apartment as soon as possible Mandatory reports: Any problems or discrepancies in the apartment must be communicated within 1 hour of arrival to allow timely intervention Waste Management - Separate Collection: To preserve our beloved Land, all the municipalities of Lake Como have arranged the recycling of garbage and must be carried out in the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / Undifferentiated Important: Garbage bags are provided only upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased on their own by the guest (transparent format, small size). Kitchen Amenities: Every kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher gel (if present in the apartment) Soap for washing machine 1 kitchen mop per living room Note: We DO NOT provide paper towels for the kitchen. Linens and Bathroom Items Supplied: For each guest, for the entire stay: 1 large towel 1 small towel Full sheets and pillowcases For each apartment: 1 bath mat Hand soap (sink dispenser) Toilet paper (2 rolls provided only upon arrival and there are no additions during the stay) Items NOT Provided: The following items are NOT included in the service: Balsami and body creams Lotions and beauty products Shaving foam and razors Slippers and bathrobes Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar (as per the Lombardy Region law) Consumables Included - First Day Only: Welcoming courtesy: Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules (limited quantity 1 capsule for the first day per person) (if there is a coffee machine in the apartment) Tea bags (limited quantity) Sugar (limited quantity) Disposable shampoo/shower (1 sachet per person for first day only) Important: There are NO meals of any kind during the stay. Only one set of keys will be provided for guests' use CRIB and HIGH CHAIR: They are provided on request for a fee. The reservation must be made at the time of the addition to the online check-in form. We cannot guarantee the service without the reservation made by our portal. Important note: Please note that you are booking a vacation home and NOT a hotel room. The service is structured to ensure autonomy and domestic comfort. Guest access The entire house and garden are available for guests to use. Their pets are welcome. Other things to note The house can be reached via a path and some flights of stairs. About 150 from the nearest parking lot. Take note: Occupancy tax (€1.00 per person per night) and final cleaning (€60) to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 4pm to 6pm.
