To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay, please read the following general conditions. Support Services In-person assistance: Available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Telephone support: Active until 12:00 a.m. For any need or emergency, our staff is at your complete disposal at the times indicated. Check-in and Reporting: Standard check-in: 4:00 p.m. Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (on the same day), check-in may be subject to change. Our team will do their best to ensure the delivery of the apartment as soon as possible Mandatory reports: Any problems or discrepancies in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for timely intervention Waste Management - Separate Collection: To preserve our beloved Earth, all the municipalities of Lake Como have arranged for the separate collection of garbage and must be carried out in the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / Undifferentiated Important: Garbage bags are provided only upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased independently by the guest (transparent format, small size). Kitchen Facilities: Each kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher gel (if present in the apartment) Washing machine soap 1 kitchen cloth per stay Note: We DO NOT provide absorbent paper for the kitchen. Linens and Bathroom Items Provided: For each guest, for the entire stay: 1 large towel 1 small towel Complete sheets and pillowcases For each apartment: 1 bath mat Hand soap (dispenser on the sink) Toilet paper (2 rolls provided only upon arrival and no additions are provided during the stay) Items NOT Provided: The following items are NOT included in the service: Body balms and creams Lotions and beauty products Shaving foam and razors Slippers and bathrobes Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar (as per Lombardy Region law) Consumables Included - First Day Only: Welcome courtesy: Nespresso compatible coffee capsules (limited quantity 1 capsule for the first day per person) (if there is a coffee machine in the apartment) Tea bags (limited quantity) Sugar (limited quantity) Single-use shampoo/shower (1 sachet per person for the first day only) Important: There are NO meals of any kind during the stay. We cannot guarantee the service without the reservation made through our portal. Important Note: Please note that you are booking a vacation home and NOT a hotel room. The service is structured to ensure autonomy and home comfort. The house is surrounded by nature, in a quiet and green area. Precisely for this reason, although it is always cleaned and carefully checked before each check-in, it may happen that some small insects enter inside. This is a natural situation and unfortunately beyond our control, but we always do our best to keep the environment comfortable and welcoming for all guests. Guest access The entire home and garden are available for guests to use. Their pets are welcome. Other things to note The house is reached via a path and a few flights of stairs.
