Guest access A 54m high-class apartment, fully equipped and furnished, is available to guests. The apartment has air conditioning. The apartment includes one bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and the possibility of unfolding a travel cot for a child. The bedroom has a TV and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a rain shower, a hairdryer and two sinks with many cabinets. The living room is connected to the kitchen, this space is separated by an island. The kitchen is fully equipped, from toothpicks to a microwave and a dual cook oven :) In the living room there is a 160x200 fold-out bed, a TV, a cabinet, and a lamp. The hallway is large and spacious, there is a large wardrobe with a built-in washer-dryer, ironing board, iron and screen. There is a large terrace with a table, four chairs and sun loungers. The terrace has a glass balustrade thanks to which you can admire the view of the beautiful Resko Lake while resting. There is a private parking space in the underground garage. The facility includes a swimming pool that is visible from the balcony, the pool is illuminated and heated and there are many places for sun loungers around it. The facility is fully monitored and fenced. The garage and entrance gate are opened with a remote control. Other things to note The property is a closed area. The price includes a private parking space in the underground garage located under the building. There is a bicycle park in the garage with two private bicycles available to guests. One of the bicycles has a detachable child seat for children up to four years of age. From the garage level, there is an elevator that will take you to the third floor where the apartment is located.
