Holiday home on Campismo Ninho Estate in Ponta Malongane. 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, air-conditioning, fully equipped for self catering, Full time housekeeper, sea views. The space The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 is in the front of the house and has sea views, it has 1 queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is in the front of the house and has sea views, it has 1 queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 3 is at the back of the house, with no sea view, 1 double bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house, has no sea view, 1 double bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. The house has no houses in front of it and has unobstructed sea views. There is a large deck that overlooks the ocean. There is also a stand-alone braai on the deck as well as a gas braai and a Weber braai. This house also has an outside shower. There is a housekeeper that comes in daily to clean. Campismo Ninho runs off a borehole. Notwithstanding this, there are 2 x 5000L tanks which can be operated independently should the necessity arise. There is also a generator that is capable of running lights and fridges should there be a power outage. Guest access The house is rented as a whole. Other things to note **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The communal swimming pool at this estate has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Guests to make use of the designated parking spots only. WHAT TO BRING: Beach Towels Drinking-Water Toilet Paper Toiletries Any and all items of personal nature Food and Drinks Charcoal + Fire Starters REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: A Refundable Breakage Deposit of R3000 payable one month prior to arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No Pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off at 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules, I will retain the full breakage deposit. *Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
