The Nautilus is a charming two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located directly across the street from the beach. Part of the Little Lagoon Cottages community, this unit is one of 18 cottages that share an outdoor (unheated) pool. Deeded beach access is directly across from the community, making the beach easily accessible for all guests. PET-FRIENDLY: One dog (20 lbs or less) is allowed. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay. • Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom • Tile flooring is throughout the home • Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats six and there are five barstools for additional seating • Living area includes a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom has a queen-size bed • Twin bunk beds located in the main alcove (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk) • Twin bunk beds located in the second-floor hallway (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk) • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the home • Kayaks are not available for guest use • Parking for a maximum of two cars; parking is located underneath the cottage. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
