Danube Microhouse with River View & Water Terrace

This is a great place right next to the beautiful Danube river with private access to water. It's a perfect stop for travelers who like to experience living in UNIQUE SPACES like our beautiful 2 microhouses, and admire the beautiful views of the surrounding nature. This is the perfect spot for swimming or fishing in the river, hiking on the nearby hills, cycling along the river, mountain-biking, grilling, or simply enjoying the sun with a cold drink and one of the best views of the Danube. The space The little houses were designed by me to accommodate 2 people each, but if you are a bigger group other people can camp outside and use the bathroom. We recommend a maximum of 4 people inside the houses and another 4 with tents. Everything on site was designed by me and built with passion by myself, my father and especially my grandfather from the foundations to the last interior details. We finished the dock in 2018, the brick house in the summer of 2019 and the wooden cabin in the summer of 2021. We will be happy to introduce you to our little slice of heave. The brick house has a bedroom & kitchenette with a place to eat, fridge, cook top, sink, 2 stools. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, boiler and wc. The wooden has a bedroom with a stunning view over the river, it's more spacious and has a separate kitchen were up to 4 people can eat or work at the table. It is a pure and lovely inside and out. You will definitely be impressed. We also have a small boat that we rent or offer rides for an extra fee that will offer you stunning views of our beautiful surrounding nature. The garden has a 220 socket to plug a caravan/trailer. On site there is a grill so can make some barbecues and a cauldron (ceaun), perfect for goulash or fish soup :) Our property is located right at the footsteps of Danube river, located in "Portile de Fier" Nature Resort (Portile de Fier), declared one of the most beautiful Nature Resorts of our country. The whole plot has 400 square meters with direct water access. It is located on the main cyclist route along DANUBE river, 7 km away from the entering point of Danube river in Romania from Serbia. There is a grocery store in the center of the village Divici, 3 km away from our property (5 minutes by car) so you can buy food and drinks. There is a small supermarket “Profi” in Pojejena, 10 km away. Guest access The entire property + water access. You can park your car / bikes / bicycles and install your caravan, your tent or other type of shelter right next to the water. Other things to note - Boat ride fee: 20€/100 lei per ride, max 4 people (life wests included). - You can buy fresh fish directly from my grandfather (based on availability). - During weekends the whole area gets more noisy because of our neighbours are playing music, or others are partying. There is less chance, but it can also happen during some weekdays or holydays, mainly during summer season.
