On Toldbodvej you are in the center of many experiences, whether you are into cozy Ebeltoft, Fregatten, The Harbour, or in for a dip by the beach in Vigen, it is all just a few steps away. It is not long to a walk or bike ride in the unique nature of Mols Bjerge. If it blows strongly from the west, it is only 4 km to the beautiful Boeslum beach at Kattegat with the clearest water. Thus, the area provides all the opportunities for an active and attractive stay. The space The House is historic. The apartment occupies the entire first floor . Everything is built in good materials and is kept beautifully maintained. Here you will find everything in equipment that is needed for a wonderful stay in Ebeltoft. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor floor. But there is access to a lovely garden with a new 30 m2 terrace from which there is the most beautiful view of Ebeltoft cove over the frigate harbor. The garden is shared with the 1st floor so that the half of the garden (next to the house) closest to the garage belongs to the 1st floor. The rest of the garden with the large terrace located furthest back in the garden is yours. Here is good with shelter and the terrace is often hit by the sun all afternoon until late evening. This makes it a perfect place to enjoy a glass, grill and look at the frigate's rig up against the last rays of the setting sun. Other things to note If you are into MTB Ebeltoft has a super nice 18 km Singletrack nature trail that starts just 2 km from the apartment. Here are also the nicest running and walking routes with or without hills. I am an avid practitioner myself and am happy to show the way.
