Welcome to our beautiful and spacious apartment for a quiet holiday in the heart of nature. Whether you are alone, as a couple or as a family, you will find a very beautiful and comfortable apartment at your disposal. Living room window door opening onto a large balcony with views of the grassed garden, olive field and further the sea. The apartment is suitable for married couples and families looking for peace and nature and less for single people. The space -.- The very nice apartment includes two bedrooms, a dining room lounge with mountain views, a large fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto a balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. The apartment has a beautiful and wide dressing room. Air conditioning can be found in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment is on the first and last floor. Adult's and children's pools are accessible to residents only. The sea with its beautiful beaches is only 7 minutes by car. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. -.- What can you do from the residence? : After the lovely sunrise over the sea, you can choose to take a walk and hike in the surrounding fields, or a quad bike or horse tour offered by the tourist center next door. Lounge on the balcony for sunbathing, reading, or dreaming. In the lawned gardens of the residence, you will enjoy great tranquility under the song of birds. Swimming for young and old, with a 12x5m pool for adults and a 3m diameter pool for children. Also, you can choose to relax in the shade of the trees to read, drink and chat while enjoying great tranquility and rest. Or would you prefer to be active and head to the city to discover and enjoy the multitudes of local entertainment or to the beach for a swim or a walk on the beautiful fine sands of the area. And after the splendid sunset, you can go down into town and enjoy the various and varied animations of the medina and enjoy a Mediterranean meal on the beach or terrace. Our residence is in the greenery between Yasmine Hammamet and Bouficha just a 7 minute drive to the beautiful Hammamet beach with its crystal blue water and downtown Yasmine Hammamet with its Mediterranean medina, harbor and varied shoppings. Guest access - Common spaces: Garden, swimming pool, and parking - The residence has its own private parking and is guarded day and night. Other things to note The apartment is suitable for married couples and families looking for peace and nature and less for single people. For Tunisian couples, a marriage contract would be needed.
