The dining area is equipped to accommodate 8 PEOPLE. You can enjoy your meals there in the company of other guests, or simply watch the TNT TV that is installed there. As for the "Occimara" lounge area, it has soft sofas in which you can curl up for a movie night with the flat-screen TV and DVD player, or for a pleasant moment during which you can enjoy the fireplace. The kitchen equipment shines with its COMPLETENESS. You will find at your disposal: dishes and all cooking utensils, cupboards, fridge, freezer, hobs, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Foodies will be delighted to get their hands on the stove! ---------------------- AIR-CONDITIONED ROOMS (8 guests) for maximum comfort... ---------------------- With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a sofa bed in the upstairs living room, "Occimara" awaits you, whether you are alone, as a couple, with a group of friends or family. You'll have a choice of 2 AIR-CONDITIONED bedrooms on the ground floor (sleeps 6) or the air-conditioned upstairs bedroom (sleeps 2) as well as the sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the adjoining living room. Upstairs, a charming office has been set up. Thanks to the unlimited WIFI internet connection provided by the house, it will delight both workaholics and teenagers who can safely continue their social activities online. Regardless of the bathroom-toilet and sink (upstairs) that the house has, a shower and a separate toilet are also provided outside and are very popular. They will be particularly useful for saying goodbye to the grains of sand and salt that will have accompanied you from the beach without having to invite them inside. Finally, these 2 outdoor spaces make life beautiful for our animal friends who are welcome at "Occimara".
