In a very quiet location, surrounded by fields, woods and pastures, it offers a very large outdoor area with Spielbeteich for children, a shady terrace with comfortable sofas and parking at the house. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with flat screen TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Ideal for families with children or guests in four-legged companions. In less than 15 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Playa d'Aro and Sant Felíu de Guixols. The center of Lagostera is less than 2 km away and offers all the necessary utilities such as supermarket, pharmacy etc. Can Cabanyes is surrounded by nature but close to the cultural, commercial and sporting opportunities that make the Costa Brava so unique.
