The apartment has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms: On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a large, accessible shower, toilet, bidet, and two sinks. In the lower level, there is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00 m wide bed (this room has only one window facing a basement shaft); there is also a bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink. All the apartment has floor heating. Plenty of hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided for our guests. The fees for this are included in the cost of the final cleaning. We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. The terrace is available for this purpose. Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment includes a large garden for exclusive use, with unobstructed views of the mountains. From the apartment, you can reach the train connection to Munich in a few minutes by car.
