Outdoors we have a wonderful rocking-chair front porch, back deck with grill, balcony off the master bedroom with Mt Beacon views, and a fenced yard with trampoline, hammock, and fire pit. The space This house is spacious and airy. The living room on the main floor and the family room in the basement mean you can be together or have some space from the kids. One bedroom is on the main floor, limiting stairs for anyone who stays there. Because this home was custom-built in 2020, everything is fresh and new. The outdoor spaces are particularly amazing. The master suite is a real retreat from the day! Guest access This neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood. It's great for walking to the mountain or to town. You can park in the 2-car garage or the driveway, and street parking is easy as well. Other things to note This is our family home, and it will feel like a home, not a hotel. We will welcome you as guests, just as we welcome friends and family, and we expect you to treat this home as you would your own. We can also discuss including one car and/or some bicycles in this rental.
